Jessica contacted me about doing a quick senior / family session. She brought along her brother’s cap & stole to take pics in, along with his senior portrait. 1/1/11, her brother D.J. was in a car accident, and the LORD took him home. She wanted to honor him in her pics. I couldn’t have imagined a better senior portrait for her!! We also did some family pics of her, Allan & her sweet baby boy, Cass.

I’ve been sitting on these images for a few weeks, dying to share. Now that Kelli is a new MRS, I can finally post. We were orginally scheduled to shoot in Baton Rouge at the Old State Capital, but just a couple days before the scheduled session, Kelli texted me telling me change of plans. She had contacted Rosaryville out West of Ponchatoula to see if we could shoot there, and they said YES! I am so happy they did, cause it was absolutely beautiful there.

Rosaryville has just opened up their beautiful grounds to professional photographers & their clients – there is a donation fee involved for shooting here. If you’d like for your session to be done here, let me know – I absolutely love it out there. So peaceful & serene!

{susan + michael} Wedding + Portrait Photographer l Mandeville, LA

This past weekend, I had the pleasure of meeting up with Susan & Michael on the lakefront in Mandeville for their engagement session. We had fun, and I just have to say “Michael, you are one funny, sweet man!”. I have never laughed so much as I did with him being our comedian for the afternoon. I am so looking forward to their wedding in October at Benedicts Plantation.
